Call for Papers
The International Conference on Neural Networks, Cognitive Computing and Data Analytics (ICICDA'26) invites original research papers that present innovative ideas, approaches, and results in the fields of intelligent computing and data analytics. The conference aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to share their knowledge, experiences, and insights on the latest advancements in these rapidly evolving domains.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
Full Research Papers
12-15 pages
Industry Reports
5 pages
By Invitation
Papers should be submitted electronically via the conference submission system in Word format according to the conference template.
Review Process
All submitted papers will be subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process by at least three members of the program committee. The review criteria include:
Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper.
Publication
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion in major digital libraries, subject to meeting scope and quality requirements.
Selected high-quality papers will be invited for extension and publication in special issues of reputed international journals indexed in SCI/SCIE/Scopus.
Important: Papers must be original and must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
